The Management Studies program was launched in 2022 to align with the evolving business landscape and contemporary academic trends, preparing students to tackle challenges with a competitive edge.

This autonomous program is affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, approved by AICTE, and accredited with an "A+" grade by NAAC. The department offers a range of specializations, including Operations Management, Business Analytics, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing Management, and Entrepreneurship Development. Our faculty bring a unique blend of industry experience, academic expertise, and research proficiency in these fields.

Our programs are designed to strengthen problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical abilities, fostering multi-dimensional thinking. To achieve this, our faculty utilize modern teaching methods such as case study-based classes, interactive activities, role-plays, industry interfaces, guest lectures, industrial visits, industry preparedness programs, skill development sessions, and various co-curricular and extracurricular activities, all aimed at providing practical exposure to real-world business scenarios.

The program integrates human values, sustainable management practices, and professional ethics, fostering holistic personality development to ensure students contribute meaningfully to both business and society.
