The Students’ Alumni Cell, SCET is a association “Suryodaya College of Engineering & Technology Alumni Association” is an cell working under the aegis of the Principal, SCET and Director SCET. It strives to bridge the gap between SCET and its esteemed alumni community. The Students’ Alumni Cell continuously endeavours to strengthen the relations of the alumni of this Institute and their alma mater. It has been instrumental in organising the Annual Alumni Meet, Regional Student Alumni Meet, regular guest lectures by its alumni in the campus.

Institute Alumni Cell: The Institute Alumni Cell act as a single point of contact for consideration of alumni related proposal. The Cell meets periodically to consider the different issues and the decisions taken shall be implemented subsequent to the approval of the Director, SCET.The Cell actively promotes participation of the alumni community in the development of the Institute.
The Cell shall monitor that important alumni related matters be made available in one section of the Institute website. The web page contain information regarding announcements to reach out to the alumni for different purposes. The Institute shall maintain an Alumni database which the individual alumnus shall be allowed to update regarding his/her present assignments, achievements, etc.
The Cell shall identify key areas where the support of alumni be pulled in. The Cell identifies potential alumni for accelerating the fund raising activity. The Cell also focus on raising fund under CSR.
A separate Student Welfare Fund shall be created from the donation of the alumni to address the needs of the students in exigency like hospitalization, students needing financial help, etc.
To strengthen the interaction and involvement of the alumni for the betterment of the Institute an Alumni Association is formed which is registered with the Charity Commissioner, Nagpur under The Societies Registration Act, 1860 bearing registration number Nagpur/0000120/2023 with the following members.
